Our Pastor, Rev. Dr. Shaun Damien Heckstall
Rev. Dr. Shaun Heckstall, known for his impactful contributions and leadership to our local community, is a unique blend of a public policy research professor, social and environmental justice practitioner, and mature senior pastor. He holds a Ph.D. in public policy and a Master of Divinity degree, and his dedication to championing equity and sustainability as an example of Christ's love drives his every endeavor. Dr. Heckstall's research and ministry are grounded in the belief in the dignity of all persons, which guides his work to build sustainable, equitable urban communities. He values and incorporates the teachings of Jesus Christ in his walk, preaching, teaching, and acts of service. One of Shaun's favorite sayings is, "We are not playing games; we are changing things To The Overflow"!
